Outsides
Outsides is a defining set of recordings from the era of my life when I was mostly working as a record producer and sound engineer in my own studio near Henley on Thames. Apart from the album No 1 Paradise Road, a sibling of Outsides (recorded during the same set of sessions), all of my available music has been digitally recorded. Outsides was recorded through a substantial mixing desk onto thick reels of analogue tape. All of the musicians that feature on this album are those who were regular session musicians in the studio during the 8 years that the studio was in Henley. It is an Album that I will always listen to with a fond heart, for all the meticulous hours and the emotional energy that was put into it over many months.
